The Association is grateful to Michelle Ray for delivering an engaging, inspiring and motivating leadership development program for senior management in Nova Scotia’s long term care sector. Michelle invested time interviewing leaders from various nursing homes; truly listening to the challenges we face, particularly in recruitment and retention of health professionals.
