"Michelle walked into a room of over 80 nonprofit managers, many feeling burned out from the pressures of running mission based organizations with too few resources and not enough personal recognition for the work they do and, by the time she left, she had all of them motivated to get back to their jobs with their “motivational energy” tanks renewed. Michelle's enthusiasm for her profession (and for life) is very uplifting and she leaves everyone with a sense of importance because, as she so actively points out, we may never know how or when some positive thing we say or do may touch someone in a way that can change their life forever. I know Michelle changed everyone who listened to her at our conference Park City, Utah in a very positive way."
